- Paper Design, layout and development of American Tutorial Mission
- Worked with Environment Artists on beautification passes
- Attended playtest sessions to provide and receive feedback on tutorials
- Designed first pass of Clan System
- Worked with Programming and UI to develop a front-end scripting language for faster generation of front-end user tutorials
- Used the new scripting system to create a series of First-Time-User tutorials on COHO's systems.
- Worked with Programming and UI to develop a data-driven method of building out Company Talent Trees
- Designed and implemented several Company Talent Trees
